A friend of ours has been off of work for a year due to her job. She clears the hiking paths at Mt. Ranier and moved chromated-copper-ars pressure treated lumber (not knowing it) with her bare hands. Since then she's been VERY sick. The National Park Service gave her unemployment for awhile and that was it! We (my brother and I) live in southern california and this friend of ours had to take a train (cost) to get to Santa Monica to have testing done. She's very sick. We want her to sue the Forest Service but she doesn't even have the energy. What will happen to her, will she die? She is my brother's X girlfriend and he went to see her when she came into town - he says she looks terrible - about 90 pds. now. What can be done? She doesn't have a computer so I said I would look into it for her. Please help.
