Hi Ken,
CCA pressure treated wood is being phased out in both Canada and the USA for residential use, boardwalks, playstructures, fences etc.as of Dec. 31 2003. It will be still available for some industrial applications but the safety issue is still under review and further restrictions or a ban could yet take place.
